More than just a dance, Hula is a powerful embodiment practice, connecting mind, body, and spirit through movement, chant, and storytelling. She studied with Master Teachers in Hawai'i and has been sharing Hula & Hawaiian Spirituality with women throughout the US and Canada since the late 80's. Her passion comes from how it helped her in her healing journey.
